Properties and Applications: colourful red blue light. Soluble in water for red, slightly soluble in alcohol. In the dark for the strong sulfuric acid, diluted in red. The dye solution to join strong hydrochloric acid have red orange brown precipitation; Add thick sodium hydroxide solution has the purple precipitation.
