Manufacturing Methods :will Resorcinol and 4,5,6,7-Tetrachloroisobenzofuran-1,3-dione condensation,The resulting 4,5,6,7 – tetrachloro-fluorescein tetrabromide, then made into the free acid form.
Properties and Applications: brilliant blue light red. Soluble in water for blue light red, with weaker SAP green fluorescence, soluble in ethanol for blue light red, with a brick red fluorescence. In concentrated sulfuric acid to yellow, dilution after yellow red precipitation. Mainly used for hydrocarbon solvent, oil, lipid, paraffin wax, petroleum products, varnish, plastic coloring.
